Today’s video is a different one… After the cold and stormy few days, we’ve been having and so many things happening around us. I want to wind down and shut off my brain for a bit, I’m sure you do too! I’m going to share with you some of the TV shows and books I’ve been getting into lately.
There is nothing better on these cold winter nights that to snuggle in bed or on the sofa and shut off your brain and relax.
Now, of course, we shouldn’t be watching shows late at night because this makes our fatigue so much worse. And we know how important sleep is, and there are so many things that affect our sleep already! Read about that here to find out some surprising connections between the menopause and sleep! Reading a book late at night if you can’t sleep is much better.
But books especially, I find are the perfect opportunity for having that you-time you so badly need and deserve.
