What does it do for you

Sensory Retreats Nourish is the perfect base oil enabling therapists trained in essential oils to create their own bespoke oil.

How does it work

• Body: Pour a small amount into the palm of your hand and gently massage into your skin. Hold your hand over your face and breathe in deeply to enjoy the wellbeing benefits of the oil.
• Bath: Pour the desired amount into the bath just before stepping in.
• Hair: As a weekly treat, massage a few drops onto towel-dried hair and comb through. Leave for 30 minutes before thoroughly shampooing out.
• Pulse Points: Place a small amount of oil on your index finger and massage on wrists, temples and behind the ears to stimulate the harmonious blend and to enhance your Sensory Retreats journey. Apply as often as required.

Warnings and restrictions

Due to the essential oils in the product, consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or suffering from a medical condition. Do not use on broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse well with warm water. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store in direct sunlight. Clean bath after use.
