“If you are depressed,

If you are anxious,

If you are at peace,

UK Menopause Blogs

For our founder Meg Mathews, it all started in 2016. Meg turned fifty and began to experience the first symptoms of the menopause. She was shocked at the lack of support and understanding shown to women during this time in their lives and made it her mission to break the stigma around the menopause.

MegsMenopause.com is an open source of information and advice dedicated to empowering women through an honest and frank discussion of all things menopause.

Break-ups 💔 Going through a break-up sucks a Break-ups 💔
Going through a break-up sucks at any age. If you are going to break up with a partner, there is no right way or wrong way. It’s important to put your feelings first and understand what’s best for you at this time in your life.

My best suggestion is to share with your friends what you’re feeling, which they’ll probably say “I told you so”. Make sure you have people’s support.

Most importantly, understand that being single at any age is not a bad thing, and there is no timeline that we must follow when it comes to relationships.
