Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. Free standard delivery is available on orders of two or more items from the MegsMenopause store.

If you'd like your order quicker you can select 'Next Day Delivery' for an extra charge, orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day.

How to use?

  1. Press and stroke the Beauty Restorer Rose Quartz for eight sweeps down your neck, to clear the lymphatics.
  2. Press and stroke the tool along your facial contours. Make eight sweeps in each direction, encouraging nutrients and oxygen to the skin’s surface.
  3. Press and sweep six times in a semi circular motion from the centre of your chest, in each direction. Then press stroke down the inside of your arms and up the outside of your arms, as shown.
  4. Finish by resting the cooling Rose Quartz tool over your heart. Use this opportunity to relax your body and mind with long, slow breathing. As you slowly breathe out, make a ‘Haaaa’ sound. While you’re doing this, visualise the heart and send it happy thoughts.Press and stroke the Beauty Restorer Jade along your facial contours. Make eight small, quick sweeps in each direction, encouraging nutrient and oxygen to the skin’s surface.
