About the workout
This 7 minute workout does not require the gym or any equipment. Do the exercises shown in this video for at least 7 days in a row, after that, let me know the difference you feel because trust me you’ll feel it.
Do not worry if you struggle with it for the first few days. If you keep at it, as a result, it will get better and easier. Here is a little tip for you: put your favourite music on to get your extra pumped. After all, 7 minutes is only about 2 songs long!
