Today, I’m talking to Kate Nowicki, who works at ACAS (which stands for The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) to give us some more information about the workplace in relation to the menopause. ACAS gives employees and employers free, impartial advice on workplace rights, rules and best practice. They also talk and train people at work about the menopause!! How amazing is that?

In this video, I ask her questions that many people ask; how does ACAS work? How can I suggest this to my manager? Are there other things I can do within my workplace to make it more comfortable for me or my colleagues going through menopause?
